| Special Events at Bougainvillea
Event planning is sometimes an overwhelming task. Locating a venue, deciding upon menus, and arranging the logistics of a function can be time consuming and frustrating.
The professional staff at Bougainvillea Golf Club can guide you through this process with ease. We specialize in hosting wedding rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Our facility is also available for private parties, showers and other social events. In addition, we can assist you in the procurement of cakes and floral arrangements, linen, decorations, music, and photography.
Our newly renovated banquet room has the latest state-of-the-art audio/video system. This enables our guests to present PowerPoint or other computer-related programs, share digital photos or show movies on our 110-inch ceiling mounted movie screen. Our new sound system makes all music - old and new - sound outstanding.
The banquet room will seat 80-90 people comfortably while our grill room down the hall accommodates up to 50 people. We are also pleased to announce the completion of our North and East patios. Combining our seating capacity enables us to host events from 20-300 guests.
The hourly rates to rent our facility is $200.00 for nighttime events and $100.00 during daylight hours. Reduced rates are available for schools, religious organizations, military, police, firefighters, and charitable organizations. Weddings and other major events vary.
A deposit is required to secure the facility for your event date. We invite you to tour our facility at any time. Our regular hours of operation are from 7:00AM until 6:00PM. Special events may proceed until 1:00AM.
